I disappeared from blogland for a while, now I'm catching up, geeze, I'm so sorry to hear about your shoulder. I was reading your blog (backwards) and kept going "no..no...what happened...how did this happen...damn the skiing!!!". <BR/>I had shoulder surgery just over 2 years ago, I had a "SLAP Lesion", so I tore the labrum and bicep tendon off the bone, so they drilled it, pulled the tendon back through and anchored it in. The recovery was very long. I was glad to read that you don't need surgery. Just a word of caution when starting your activity back up, I remeber the first time I walked on the treadmill I felt fine, but the next day was awful. Take it slow, that area moves a lot more than you think it does. I'll be thinking about you!M*J*Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14213075091985167893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37373654.post-71594613657916630872009-02-10T15:01:00.000-05:002009-02-10T15:01:00.000-05:00Keep that positive attitude! It was pretty horrible all around, but I think you are doing the right thing by staying involved in your clinic group. That will make you feel more connected to your running buddies.
