I don't do any fancy programming on my Garmin...I just hit lap and for example, aim to do my 400m interval in 2 min. If I'm not on a track, I run hard for 2 min and see how close to 400m I ran. I don't know, maybe that is even more confusing...haha :)annershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06112398365784804950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37373654.post-3217326995023948562008-07-10T12:55:00.000-04:002008-07-10T12:55:00.000-04:00Janice - I have the pertinent pages from the manua...Janice - I have the pertinent pages from the manual in PDF...I'll PM you on WB for your email.

Marci - thanks for the tip! I have a 205 as well and notice the jump as you do - maybe try for a time vs a pace for your 800. Great work!Marcihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11514393906061742296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37373654.post-71841797227987610602008-07-09T17:13:00.000-04:002008-07-09T17:13:00.000-04:00Hey Marlene - can you share how you programmed the...Hey Marlene - can you share how you programmed the Garmin for intervals? I am still trying to figure mine out. When I went for my LSD last weekend (a mere 8K compared to you!) it only started giving me pace warnings after I had FINISHED my 8K and was walking the rest of the way home!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37373654.post-72756073438367993432008-07-09T16:33:00.000-04:002008-07-09T16:33:00.000-04:00it's a Forerunner 205. Yay!

Guess I'll just have to run before dark. :)Marlenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08230997094889375925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37373654.post-46684366318728451752008-07-09T16:26:00.000-04:002008-07-09T16:26:00.000-04:00Some runs just go like that!
