2. I was just taking a look at my race schedule for this year; I've completed 13 so far with 6 more scheduled. I can't very well finish off the year with 19 races. Time to decide how to fill in the blank...
3. Speaking of races, this Saturday is A Mid Summer Night's Run (30K). I had a terrible race last year, but this time around I'll be treating is as a training/fun run, sticking with friends and even dressing up (stay tuned!); it should be a great time!
Happy Thursday (almost Friday)!

19 Canadian races, so that's only 17 American.........ha
Fly out to BC and do an 8K cross country run with me in November. Last year we were up over our ankles in puddles and splattered with mud. It was quite the adventure, but definitely a highlight of the year for me.
It is sounding like a nice day for the race on Sat. Fairy wings perhaps? I know our group was decked out last year.
Are you running anything on the Hamilton Marathon weekend? It is daily savings weekend.....extra sleep! I think they have a 5km+10km combo....
I have to end the year on a positive note too... atleast thats how anal i am! happy thursday
Have fun finding that 20th race.
