I may have gotten a little bit carried away... but I think I earned it after covering 110 run, bike and swim miles last week.
2. After the duathlon last weekend, all competitors were sent a coupon code from the race photographer. Anyone who placed in their age group received a code good enough for one high-res digital download including stats. I thought this was a great perk and here's what I ordered:

3. Aneta of My Running Bucket recently asked me to write a guest post for her blog on "how I got here." Aneta is a dedicated runner and fitness enthusiast with big goals and a lot of spirit! I love reading about all of her antics and following along on her training. I hope you'll drop by to say hello and check it out:
Thanks to everyone who has already read & commented!
Happy Thursday (almost Friday)!

yay for build your own froyo!
you've had an AMAZING transformation. :-)
You look amazing!!
...I wish I had not discovered Yogurtys....the big bowls are the bomb though..
as is vanilla/choc froyo, blueberries, marshmallows and oreo cookies...
I think all race photographers should give a digital download for free. I ran a race once where the race directors provided that to every entrant. I bet sales would actually increase.
Your transformation is amazing!
We have several self-serve froyo places here. Luckily, none are within walking distance!
That was a great guest post!
I wish we had self-serve froyo near by! I always eat a ton whenever I go back home to NYC.
Oh I love the build your own froyo places! I would love one here!!
What an amazing transformation!!! You are such an inspiration!
I TOTALLY overdid it when I went to a selve-serve fro-yo place for the first time...at least it was just fro-yo and not ice cream, right? I told myself I would know better next time ;)
Your guest post was awesome! I still cannot believe how far you have come in 5 years! I am so jealous of your froyo! I have been slacking on the ice cream this summer for sure!
I would love to have a fro-yo place here. I had to get one at Pinkberry last week when I was in MA. If I had one in town I would be there everyday.
Your transformation is amazing.....how inspiring.
I'm pretty sure there is no such thing as going overboard with fro-yo. It's yogurt, that makes it healthy ;)
You are so amazing! You've come so far.
Love the picture from the duathlon.
That is so cool about the picture...those things are so stupidly expensive, glad you got a freebie, and you got an excellent one.
Your transformation is nothing but inspiring. LOVE IT!! YOU ROCK!
I think you got most of the food groups in your fro yo, right?
Read your story at Aneta's blog. Love it, I didn't realize how far you had come. What a success!
Finally, my Froyo soul sister... Someone else that stacks it with candy and goodies instead of fruit. LOL. We can indulge once in awhile, can't we?
LOL, sadly, I would not call that "getting carried away." We have a creamery that I can walk to that has local ice cream and now build-your-own froyo. It's gorgeous and dangerous! You totally earned it!
We have a build your own froyo here, too. It's my favorite place to go.
I wish we had froyo her in my valley but no luck:( The photo is really great! I love that concept as well. They are so expensive to order. Your "How I Got Here" story is fantastic! Yay, my Thursday is already over!
ohhh a free photo that might be one of the best winnings ever! i have found a few photos I kinda like, but just can't pay like $40 for them
mmm froyo...yes I should have some for my birthday this weekend!!
You just got BYO froyo? I didn't know Toronto was third-world...
That's a whol-latta sweetness!
Great read on Aneta's blog.
Another sweet, is the sweet photo! Nice bonus from the great performance at the DU!
I loved your wordless on wheels yesterday.

Love froyo. My wallet...not so much. Can't get put of there for under $6.50. ;]
I can see why you chose that photo - looking good! And on the topic of good looking, that froyo looks wickedly delicious.
That race pic is a great perk!
Don't eat too much of that fro yo and go backwards! Love the fro yo!
I read your guest post--amazing!
That fro-yo looks incredible, you definitely earned it after that week!

MUST GO TO GET FRO-YO WHEN I VISIT!! Off to get caught up on your blog, I am fully behind on the life of my favorite Canadian..
What a cool perk! Love the photo
Oh yes! Fro-yo was definitely deserved!! :) Love the du-pic!!
Goes without saying that I'm beyond excited that you finally got to try some Fro-Yo building ;)
I love your race photo of last weekend, you look so great on it.
Read your post on Aneta's blog: it's a great one.
