Monday: rest
Tuesday: 6K (done @ 5:20 pace)
Wednesday: was supposed to be 10K but I wasn't in the mood - completed 4K @ 5:15 pace and will make up 6K on Saturday
Thursday: 6K
Friday: rest
Saturday: 6K
Sunday: 16K
Total: 38
