2. After missing my first scheduled run of the new program, I was feeling good yesterday and put in a nice 9+ miler with the group. Then today I made a triumphant return to lunch running with some "cruise intervals" - 3 x 2000m at tempo/LT pace with 40-second mini recoveries. It went great! I beat my target pace and felt great. I have another group 10K on deck tonight to finish off a medium-long day; hopefully the legs will cooperate!
3. Wowzers! Mission to a(nother) Marathon now has 500+ followers! Thank you so much to each and every one of you, especially those who take the time to read and comment regularly.
