I ran a nice little 6K this evening. I'm easing up on the mileage this week as a mini-taper for the 30K race on Saturday. (Race plan/goals coming soon.)

Awesome!!!!
This "appeals" to me because 1) I still don't know what cadence is (which I should go look up, um, NOW) and 2) anything that's over 4 minutes long that I can listen to on Long runs? Sounds PERFECT! :)
Good luck on the race!!!
yay for a giveaway! I need any help i can get with my running these days... that's why it appeals to me, and I already follow Hella Sound on twitter :) Enjoy your race saturday night, so glad you're able to run it!!
Oh sweet! I'd love to try this as I am training for my first 1/2 marathon!
xoxo
oh! and i am now following on Twitter @ FeedMeImCranky1
omg this is so cool! I need to look into this because it sounds so awesome!
Another race! I was wondering when you were lacing up for another one.
I love the cadence thing - it really makes trying to meet a certain rpm more fun than running to a metronome ;)
I just started following them on twitter too.
Happy mini-taper!
appeals to me because my running slows down and speeds up to my regular music. i'd like to give it a shot with sometihng set at a particular cadence. :-)
This appeals to me because I've read that running at a certain cadence will reduce shin splints and stress fractures!! I really want to get back into running and maybe this will help reduce my injuries. :)
I had no idea this company/service even existed. When training for my marathon a few years ago, I ran w/out my iPod one day & my splits were so much faster. It made me realize that I subconsciously run to the beat of the music.
And I don't have alot of 'fast' music that will keep me on pace, so this would be a great service for me to use!
I don't twitter but I am very interested to check this out. I know how motivating music can be (Black eyed peas anyone?!?!). Rock on Runners!!!
Awesome concept. I listened to some of the music on there and could really see myself running to it. Especially at the treadmill!
Good luck on the 30K Saturday!
okay i want to try this because i NEED to get faster, and nothing seems to be working. so sign me up!
very cool deal!
since i don't run with music (or own an mp3/ipod) i'll skip out on this one, just letting you know so i don't steal a good offer from someone who could benefit! :)
Oh my gosh, sign me up! I want to try it because I am SO sick of my current playlist, I can't even listen to it anymore!
I've never heard of Hella Sound. How did you learn of it? A 30 minute song list sounds wonderful, especially when all of my music seems so stale lately.
because i have met him a couple times in person and he's very cool :) hehe
also i have heard awesome things about this!!!
it sounds really interesting I am forever changing my playlist so maybe this would be the right thing to get me out of that habit.
Thanks for stopping by and letting me know about it. :)

i am following hella sound on twitter.
@erica_h
and i linked back in my great giveaways post. :)
I am going to go follow hellasound after this post....
It appeals to me because I am sick of listening to my daughters Hannah Montana and High School Musical soundtracks. I washed my ipod back in June and have not yet hooked myself up with a new one. Thus... the 8yr old type music.
Hella Sound appeals to me because I think it would help me stick to a set pace. Currently I only listen to podcasts, which are entertaining, but don't give that extra energy that comes from a great song with a good beat.
I love HellaSound. The music really gets you running and synced into a particular pace! I also like that the tracks are 30 min long. Sometimes it is hard to build a playlist for a run with shorter tracks.
I follow HellaSound on twitter!
