Happy Thanksgiving!

It's been a great weekend so far. I decided to do my long run on Saturday - 18K/11mi. My legs were a little tured from Thursday's speed work, but I was able to stick to my usual long run pace and pick it up quite a bit for the last 5K. Yesterday I headedout for a recovery 8K/5mi.

We've had one turkey dinner with all the fixins so far and have one more to look forward to today.

Other than that, I've done some cleaning, baking, reading and caught up on TV shows that I missed during the week. And there's still one day of weekend left!

Not much else to report.

Have a great day and Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian friends!

Happy Turkey Day to you too!

Now it's time to get back to the roots of what this holiday is all about. Stuffing your face full of Turkey and passing out while watching football on TV!

Happy Belated Thanksgiving!

Although it's not Thanksgiving for another month down here in the U.S., I think any excuse to have turkey is a good one. In fact, I cooked up a turkey breast last week for no good reason at all ;-)
