It's hubby's turn

Good morning and happy Friday!

It's an exciting weekend for the Mission to a(nother) Marathon household - hubby is running his first marathon this Sunday at Hamilton Road2Hope!

He's run more than 1000 miles this training cycle and he's in good shape for a very strong debut. Please think speedy thoughts for Mark on Sunday!

Good luck to everyone else racing and have a great weekend!

High Five to Mark. I will think Happy Thoughts for him but I have to keep my speedy vibes for myself..LOL selfish I know.

Hugs to you being the spectator and taking some AMAZING photos!! I will be curious how you feel on the other side of things.

I wonder how much it costs to text international?? I text with Lacey now and then and would love to with you...but not sure of the pennies..

(I`m sure that Mark read this): Mark, good luck with your first thon. I was telling this to another speedy runner I`ve met, but your other times show massive promise. You have put in the work, and I am sure you like me are eyeing that Boston pace. Keep relaxed the first half and take advantage in the downhills. Who said it that a marathon was the easiest 20 miler followed by the hardest 10K.

I have faith in the Pfitz training program. It makes you put in the hard work but you`ll find at mile 20, the dividends pay off. Good luck

(and have fun cheering, Marlene!)
