Good luck to your husband!!!
(I`m sure that Mark read this): Mark, good luck with your first thon. I was telling this to another speedy runner I`ve met, but your other times show massive promise. You have put in the work, and I am sure you like me are eyeing that Boston pace. Keep relaxed the first half and take advantage in the downhills. Who said it that a marathon was the easiest 20 miler followed by the hardest 10K.
I have faith in the Pfitz training program. It makes you put in the hard work but you`ll find at mile 20, the dividends pay off. Good luck
(and have fun cheering, Marlene!)
Go Mark good luck on Sunday...
Good luck to your husband. The first is super special. Its going to be fun in Hamilton for sure.
GO HUBS!!! I think he should have a guest post on your blog with his race report!
Good luck to your hubby!

Sending happy thoughts your hubby's way!!!!
