Three Things Thursday

1. Hubs thanks you for the Birthday wishes! We celebrated by going to Run Club at our local store (where everyone sang him Happy Birthday!) for a 10K, followed by steak dinner at home. Tomorrow we're having a joint Birthday dinner with some friends and family (mine is next Wednesday - mark your calendars).

2. This weekend is Canadian Thanksgiving! Yay for a long weekend and TWO turkey dinners! Hmm, can I start carbo loading? I have a ten mile "long" run and plenty of relaxation planned! Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canucks!

3. TEN DAYS TO GO!

Happy Thanksgiving! I am Canadian, well now dual, but every year we celebrate CDN Thanksgiving here in the U.S and invite all our American Friends...they love having turkey in October (we're trend setters!!!)

Have a great weekend!

Canadian thanksgiving?! Oh I can't wait to hear about this!

Is it Wednesday yet?! ;)

See? You just can't celebrate two thanksgivings. Well, you can celebrate them but you can't get free days off of work for both. That's just not right. Since I need to catch up I won't come to work tomorrow so I can "celebrate"/have an extra day off. So thanks for the day off!!! :-D

Enjoy your double dinners! I hope they are on different days? I dislike having to eat two thanksgivings on the same day! Soo much food

Oh yes, uuuUuuuUuuuU. Can you believe I typed all this on my phone? I hope there are no typos.

Happy Thanksgiving! I'm celebrating by running the Victoria Marathon (my and husband's first) and then having a not-so-traditional steak dinner at the Keg. :)

long weekends rock.
Not sure about the 8hr yet. I might take it easy and just do the marathon distance... lol

You plan on running it?

Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday; Turkey, stuffing, gravy and cranberries at my house :-)

I;ve done bag stuffing for events and it is always so much fun and what a great cause. Enjoy your run this weekend; it's taper time.
