2. Tonight is clinic and I'm looking forward to hearing everyone's stories from last weekend. We ran the gamut from illness to debilitating leg cramps to PR's and a BQ. The best part is that we had more cheerleaders out on the course than runners. I'm so fortunate to be part of this group and can't wait to share some war stories tonight. I will also be running for the first time since the race. My legs have been feeling pretty good for a couple days now, but laziness has reigned. I'm starting to feel like a sloth, so it's definitely time to brush myself off and get back out there.
3. This Sunday we will be in Niagara Falls for the International Marathon where hubs is running the 10K. I ran the half last year. This year I'm looking forward to coming along for the ride and not racing (especially given the windy and rainy forecast). I'm also hoping to meet blogger Anne who will be in town for the race. Anyone else?
Happy Thursday (almost Friday)!

Have a good run tonight!
The clinic tonight will really help you, too, as you listen to everyone's stories. Good luck to the hubs on his 10K - FUN!!!
Fun weekend ahead! Good luck to your hubs and hug Anne for me!
Enjoy your run tonight and your time with the clinic! Good to have that support system! Have fun this weekend at the 10k with your husband!
Have a fun and enjoyable run tonight.
You totally deserve the feedback/comments/support..You are an inspiration to lots of us.
Run groups are the best...
hearing everyone's stories is the BEST! it will remind you that a) you are not alone and b) why you love to run. have a great time!!
Have fun tonight! It's so wonderful you have such a great support group! Good luck to hubs this weekend too.
Have fun at the clinic tonight! Hope the run goes well :) Also have fun this weekend! I'm sure it's going to be nice only having to be the race supporter!
You sound better! My husband is still a little down but he's made the new plans so I think he's on his way. It will be good to talk with others about their races, it's kind of nice to talk things through, especially if it was a struggle. Have fun and enjoy the race this weekend with your husband!
Have fun tonight and good luck to hubs this weekend!
I read through all the comments you got on yesterdays post and they are a good reminder to everyone- we all go through this. The ups and the downs. I think the best part about blogging is how supportive it can be when faced with something that others who don't run, just cant process.
Have fun in Niagara Falls and good luck to your husband!
sounds like it'll be a fun weekend to relax and cheer the hubby on :)
My future brother in law is running the Niagara Falls Half this year. Cheer him on for me!
It is so nice to have the support and encouragement from all the fellow bloggies who share in the fun? insanity? torture? What's the right word? ;-)
Your running group always sounds so wonderful. And I am solo running 99.9% of the time. booo
Enjoy being a cheerleader. Wish your hubbs steady legs for me!
Enjoy your clinic tonight and have fun at Niagra this weekend!
i hope you're feeling better! enjoy being a spectator this wknd and good luck to hubs.
Three Things Comment: (started by me)
1. You're welcome. However I don't know why the bottom of one's heart is better than the top. The top works just as hard to get the blood pumping, if not harder. To me, old blood gets stuck in the bottom, so you're thanking us with old dirty blood that isn't circulated. Thanks! ;)
2. Have fun and have a good run! (I know, not as good as #1.)
3. OMG? A weekend you're not racing?!? Is this possible?
Have a great run and HAVE FUN!

Enjoy your run tonight!
Hi, i didn't comment on your post from yesterday because i just wasn't sure what to say. Whether you hit your goal or are 20 minutes off, you're still working towards that ultimate goal. The more racing experience you get the better you become so every single second of Sunday was valuable and will help you in the future. Its one more marathon in the books that will bring you closer to your new PR.
Doing my first pace bunny assignment at Niagara! 1:45 for the half. When you guys in town?
Enjoy the clinic - embrace how awesome you did this weekend ;)
AND enjoy spectating - that is the best!
Have fun in Niagra!
Hi! Thanks for dropping by my blog and leaving such supportive comments. It was thoroughly appreciated.
I will come back and read your race report, but just wanted to drop by and say hi and thank you for leaving good comments for me :)
Happy thursday almost friday INDEED! Hope you have a fun time this weekend. We will all be cheering on the hubs. Sounds like another fun race!
happy thursday!!!!
i couldnt be happier for it to be almost friday either! this weekend will be welcomed with open arms!!!
hang in there- atleast we are in it together!!!!
Have a lovely time spectating. Sometimes that's just what we need to remind us why we run.
We're spending the night in Kingston...I swear, the only difference between Québec and Ontario is the color of those road work cones :) ...crazy!!
Jealous you get to meet Anne and Anne gets to meet you. Have fun.
I should be going, but am not. Not really regretting it either, especially with the weather! LOL
