Three Things Thursday

1. We are enjoying some beautiful Spring weather this week and combined with the extended evening day light, my after-work runs have been much more enjoyable. Gloves, jackets and hats not required! In true Canadian fashion we are sure to get blasted by winter at least once more, but for now I am loving this!

2. Last night Juliana and I skipped out on Wednesday Run Club to meet our friend Paula for a leisurely run followed by a hot drink at a local cafe. We totally got busted when we crossed paths with the usual group out on the paths. Apparently our instructor will be requesting a doctor's note. ;)

3. Happy St. Patrick's Day! I'll be wearing green and shaking my shamrock for Aneta and Linzi's Virtual Race tonight. I have intervals on the schedule with clinic: 800-1200-800-1200-800 to be completed around 5KRP. Maybe I'll even get crazy and have a green monster after the run!

Happy Thursday (almost Friday)!
GIVEAWAY TOMORROW!

Ha, shake that shamrock gurl! ;) We're having some amazing weather here, too (and haven't had snow for a few weeks...ahh!) and I'm just waiting for that ONE last winter blast that Colorado will surely send our way at some point...But for now, shorts & tees are feeling goooood.

So funny that you got caught skipping out on your group. I'm sure they understand, though.

Happy St. Patrick's Day - and good luck with your (virtual) race!

I think it's funny that you got "caught" by your running group - this has happened to me (a few times) before. It's hard to know what to do: wave, smile, run and hide :)

I'm loving the warm weather we're getting in Minnesota, though weather forecasters state we're going to have major flooding this spring.

I hope you had a great St. Patty's Day!

But you did more intervals than me! How did I show you up?
